Substituição da placa de protecção interior.

A placa de protecção interior usada é removida como ilustrado na figura D:1. A nova placa de protecção interior deve ser montada após o filme pro- tector ser retirado. Coloque um dos lados fixando-os de acordo com a figura D:2. Dobre o centro e fixe os outros dois cantos. Assegure-se que a película de protecção interna está correctamente montada como demon- stra a figura D:3.

Substituição do filtro de soldadura.

O filtro de soldadura pode ser removido e substituído de acordo com as figuras C:1 e E:1.

Substituição da banda da cabeça.

A banda da cabeça pode ser substituída de acordo com as figuras F:1 – F:2.

Substituição da bateria.

O filtro de soldadura deve ser removido para aceder ao compartimento da bateria. Retire o suporte da bateria (utilize chave de parafusos se necessário).

Remova as pilhas usadas e desfaça-se delas de acordo com a legislação local.

Insira as novas pilhas no suporte da bateria, de acordo com a figura G:1. Empurre os suportes da bateria para o filtro de soldadura de forma a fica- rem fixas na sua posição.

Gama de temperatura

A gama de temperatura recomendada para operar com o filtro de solda- dura é de 5°C a +55°C. Armazenar em ambiente seco e limpo, a uma tem- peratura entre os 30°C e os +70°C.

Inspecção

Inspeccione cuidadosamente a Máscara de soldadura completa Speedglas SL e substitua com frequência as partes danificadas.

Placas de protecção ou filtros de vidro partidos, riscados ou picados redu- zem a visão e podem implicar uma séria redução da protecção. Substitua imediatamente as partes necessárias com peças autênticas Speedglas para evitar danos nos olhos e na face. Os sensores no filtro de soldadura devem ser mantidos limpos e descobertos para um funcionamento cor- recto.
