Sensitività

L’impostazione del sensore sensitivity (che risponde alla luce dell’arco ) può essere impostato a seconda del sistema di saldatura e delle condizio- ni di lavoro. Per controllare su quale posizione è impostato il filtro di salda- tuta, premere brevemente il pulsante Sensitivity. Per modificare l’imposta- zione,premere nuovamente il pulsante Sensitivity mentre la spia lampeggia ,quindi premere il pulsante ripetutamente finchè non lampeggia la spia posta accanto all’impostazione desiderata.

Position 1 La meno sensibile. Si utilizza quando ci sono interferenze tra due saldatori nelle vicinanze.

Position 2 Posizione normale. Si utilizza nella maggior parte delle salda- ture sia interne che esterne.

Position 3 Posizione di saldatura a a bassa corrente.Si utilizza in c aso di bassa Intensità di corrente e/o arco lumisono regolareì. (es. TIG )

Position 4 Posizione con il rilevatore molto sensibile. Si utilizza in caso di corrente molto bassa, quando nelle alter posizioni non si ha rilevamento.

Inpostazione corretta del sensore

Per trovare la posizione corretta del sensore, impostarlo in posizione 2 prima di iniziare la saldatura. Questa è la posizione standard per la mag- gior parte delle situazioni. Se il filtro non si oscura sufficientemente du- rante il processo di saldatura, aumentare la sensibilità passando alla posizione 3 o 4 finchè il filtro non reagisce nel modo desiderato. Selezio- nando una sensibilità troppo elevata è possibile che il filtro, a causa di altre luci esterne, resti scuro anche dopo ever terminato la saldatura. In tal caso, tornare a una posizione meno sensibile del rilevatore finchè lo schermo non si oscura e schiarisce come desiderato.

Indicatore batteria scarica

La batteria deve essere sostituita quando l’indicatore lampeggia o I LED della gradazione e sensitivtà non lampeggiamno quando premuti.

Nota!

Il filtro per saldatura può non andare in posizione scura se i sensore sono bloccato o l’arco è totalmente schermato.
