Fonti di luci intermittenti es. (Luci di sicurezza stroboscopiche) possono dare impulso al filtro anche se non si sta saldando. Questa interferenza può verificarsi anche da lunghe distanze e/o da luci rifrangenti.In questi casi la aree di lavoro saldatura devono essere schermate onde evitare queste interferenze.

Avvertenza!

Se si dovesse verificare che durante lo scoccare dell’arco lo schermo Speedglas SL non dovesse oscurarsi, smettere immediatamente di sal- dare e ispezionare lo schermo come descritto in queste istruzioni. Conti- nuare ad utilizzare lo schermo senza che lo stesso si oscuri può causare la perdita temporanea della vista. Se la causa non viene identificata e cor- retta, non utilizzare lo schermo e contattate il vostro superiore, distributore o l’assistenza tecnica 3M.

MANUTENZIONE

Sostituzione della lamina di protezione esterna.

Rimuovere la vecchia lamina e piazzare la nuova lamina come indicato nella figura C:1 – C:2.

Nota!

Assicurarsi che la lamina di protezione esterna sia correttamente posizio- na nelle quattro sedi. Vedere figura C:3.

Sostituzione della lamina di protezione interna.

Rimuovare la la vecchia lamina come illustrato nella figura D:1. La nuova lamina deve essere inserita dopo aver rimosso il film di protezione. Collo- care uno dei lati, fissando gli angoli,come da figura D:2. Piegare in mezzo la lamina e fissare gli altri due angoli. Assicurarsi che la lamina sia monta- ta correttamente come illustrato nella figura D:3.

Sostituzione del filtro per saldatura.

Il filtro per saldatura deve essere rimosso e sostituito come da figure C:1 e E:1.

Sostituzione della fascia antisudore.

La fascia antisudore deve essere sostituita come da figura F:1 – F:2.
