Main Module Reassembly Procedure
Replacing the CPU
IMPORTANT:The CPU has a Pin1 locator that must be pos itioned corresponding to the marker on the CPU
socket.
1. Carefully turn the mainboard upside down (CPU side up), and place the CPU into the CPU socket as
shown, taking note of the Pin1 locator.
2. Gently close the socket lever and snap it into pla ce in the securing clip.
