FILE_LBL_FMT_TAPE		adic00000001	Defines the way data labels are
			written to tape devices.
			adic00000001 is ANSI standard and
			writes data with tape marks between
			the header labels and data, and
			between data and trailer labels.
			adic00000002 leaves off tape
			marks. This is faster, but is not ANSI
			standard.

			written to RSP-2150 devices.
