N O T E

Before exchanging the outlet ball valve you can try to clean it in a sonic bath.

 

Place the valve in upright position (onto the plastic cap) in a small beaker with

 

alcohol. Place in a sonic bath for 5 – 10 minutes.

 

 

1Using a 1/4 inch wrench disconnect the valve capillary from the outlet ball valve.

2Using the 14 mm wrench loosen the valve and remove it from the pump body.

3Check that the new valve is assembled correctly and that the gold seal is present (If the gold seal is deformed, it should be replaced).

4Reinstall the outlet ball valve and tighten the valve.

5Reconnect the valve capillary.
