Encoder Missing
Encoder Missing
The optical encoder on the pump motor in the quater nary pump is missing or
defective.
The processor checks the presence of the pump encoder connector every
2s econds. If the connector is not detected by the processor, the error
message is generated.
Probable Causes •Defective or disconnected pump encoder connector.
•Defective pump drive assembly.
Suggested Actions ❏Ensure the connector is clean, and seated correctly.
❏Exchange the pump drive assembly.
