5.Install new thermal pads onto the heatsink where removed, as shown below.
Center each pad over the location that corresponds to the chip on the logic board and press into place, avoiding air pockets. Remove protective backing, if present.
Note: The two larger pads are interchangeable.
Important: Avoid unnecessary contact with thermal pads as dirt and body oils reduce the pad's conductivity.
