Serial Downloading Conﬁguration

The X/Y/Z Modem Image ﬁle Downloading Conﬁguration option lets you download a new software image ﬁle for the IntraChassis 9000 without interrupting the current operation.

To download a new image through the IntraChassis 9000 management module’s serial (console) port, type x in the Image File Download Conﬁguration Menu. The X/Y/Z Modem Image File Downloading menu appears, as shown in Figure 3-24.
