Fault Isolation Procedures

Code 14, 35 (SID 1, 2, FMI 2, 12, 14) Antenna

Step A		Procedure	Condition	Action
1.		Key off.
	2. Using a PC-based or		If FMI 2 exists	Go to Step B.
		Hand-held Diagnostic
		Tool check for FMI
		(Failure Mode Identifier)
		codes.
		Note: If a diagnostic tool is not	If FMI 12 exists	Go to Step B.
		available, go to Step B.	If FMI 14 exists	There may be a software
				compatibility problem.
				Contact your Bendix
				representative.
Step B		Procedure	Condition	Action

1.Key off.

2.Unplug the Antenna 4-way connector.

3.Key on.

4. Measure voltage between	If voltage is 7.0 to 7.5 volts	Go to Step E.
