Le mode Convection Bake (Cuisson par convection) est semblable au mode Bake. La chaleur provient des éléments chauffants supérieur et inférieur. La principale différence est que la chaleur circule à l'intérieur de la cavité du four grâce au ventilateur à convection.

Le mode Convection Bake (Cuisson par convection) est parfaitement adapté à la cuisson des produits de boulangerie tels que les galettes, les biscuits, les pains et les gâteaux. Il convient également à la cuisson simultanée sur plusieurs grilles (2 ou

3). Les avantages de la cuisson par convection comprennent :

L'utilisation de plusieurs grilles en même temps.

Une légère diminution du temps de cuisson.

Un volume plus élevé (les aliments à base de levure lèvent mieux).

Conseils • Réduire la température indiquée sur la recette de 25 ºF. Se reporter au tableau de cuisson par convection.

Si l'on fait cuire plusieurs plats sur une même grille, laisser au moins 1 à 1 ½ po (2,5 à 3,8 cm) d'espace entre les plats. Décaler les moules de façon à ce qu'ils ne soient pas directement placés les uns au-dessus des autres (voir le schéma ci-dessous).
