El modo Convection Roast (Asar por convección) utiliza el

El modo Convection Roast (Asar por convección) es ideal para preparar cortes de carne y de ave suaves.

La cocción es un 25% más rápida que en los modos que no son por convección.

Se obtiene un buen dorado.

Consejos: • Use la misma temperatura que indica la receta.

Controle el grado de cocción poco después de haber comenzado a cocinar, dado que el tiempo de asado puede disminuir. Consulte los ejemplos en el cuadro para el modo Convection Roast (Asar por convección).

No cubra la carne ni use bolsas para cocinar.

Use la asadera y la parrilla provistas con el horno para asar alimentos. También puede usarse una bandeja que no sea profunda, sin cubrirla.

Use un termómetro para carne para medir la temperatura interna de la carne.

Si la carne está dorada como usted quiere, pero aún no está cocida, puede colocar una pequeña tira de papel de aluminio sobre la carne para que no se dore excesivamente.

Deje la carne cubierta con papel de aluminio entre 10 y 15 minutos después de retirarla del horno.
