	Remove Lid. Wash non-stick	Wash silicone rubber gasket.	Return dry clean silicone rubber
	cooking bowl.		gasket securely back to gasket

Ensure Pressure Regulator Release Valve is turned to Pressure position.

Place food to be cooked into	Close and lock lid in a clockwise	Select Pressure setting using
removable cooking bowl with	direction by aligning arrows.	Pressure Control Dial on lid handle
1L minimum liquid.		(Low, Medium, High).

Press FUNCTION button until	Press TIMER Button – select from	Press START/CANCEL button to
the Pressure Cook indicator	02 to 99 minutes.	start Pressure Cooking – indicator
light flashes.		light will stop flashing.
