Delayed Batch Transmission (Not available for color faxes)

Before sending the delayed faxes, your machine will help you

economize by sorting al l the faxes in the memory b y destination and

scheduled time. All dela yed faxes that are scheduled to be se nt at

the same time to the same fax number will be sent as one fax to save

transmission time.

If it is not illuminated in green, press (Fax).

Load your original. ( See Load originals on page 2-1 .)

Press Menu/Set, 2, 2, 4.

Press or to select

Off).
