Setting Toll Saver (FAX-1920CN Only)When you set the toll saver featu re, the machine answers after four
rings if you don’t have voice or fax messages and after two ring s if
you do have voice or fax messages. This way, when you call the
machine for remote retrieval and let it ring thre e times, you know you
have no messages and can hang u p to avoid a toll charge.

If it is not illuminated i n green, press (Fax).

Press Menu/Set, 2, 1, 1.

Toll Saver.
Press Menu/Set.

Press or to select On.
Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
When Toll Saver is On, it overrides your Ring Delay setting. Toll
Saver must be off for the machi ne to operate using your Ring
Delay setting.

The Toll Saver feature is available only when the Message
Center is set to On.
If you are using Distinc tive Ring, do NOT use the Toll Save r
feature.
