Recording Message Center O utgoing Message
Recording the Message Cen ter Outgoing Message (Msg Ctr OGM)
is the first step you need to follow before you can turn on t he
Message Center. Make su re your OGM is less th an 20 seconds long.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 7, 1.
The LCD prompts you to choose an
OGM.

Press or to select
Msg
Ctr OGM (not F/T OGM).
Press Menu/Set.

Press or to select
Record OGM.
Press Menu/Set.

Pick up the handset to record a message.
For example: Hello. We are unable to take your call at this time.
Please leave a message after the signal. If you wish to send a
fax, please press 5 1, wait for fax tones, then press the Start
button.

Replace the handset.
The Message Center will play your OGM.

Press Stop/Exit.
Listening to Outgoing Message (OGM)

Press Menu/Set.

Play OGM.
Press Menu/Set.
Adjust the volume by pressi ng Volume or .

Press Stop/Exit.
This is the only setting you can select if you want to turn on
the Message Center.
