Storing Speed-Dial numbers
You can store Speed-Dial numbers, so that when you dial you will
only have to press a few keys (Search/Speed Dial, #, the two-digit
number, and Black Start or Color Start). The machine can store
100 Speed-Dial numbers.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 3, 2.

Use the dial pad to enter a t wo-digit
Speed-Dial location number (00-99 for MFC-3320CN, 01 to 40
for FAX-1920CN).
(For example, press 05.)
Press Menu/Set.

Press or to select Type:Fax/Tel (or E-Address).
Press Menu/Set.

Enter the phone or fax numb er (up to 20 digits).
Press Menu/Set.

Use the dial pad to enter the name (up to 15 characters).
Press Menu/Set.
(You can use the chart on page 4-3 to help you enter letters.)
OR
Press Menu/Set to store the number without a name.

Go to Step 2 to store another Sp eed-Dial number.
OR
Press Stop/Exit.
