Restricting Use of Your FAX

By enabling this feature, you can prevent unauthorised use of your FAX to make calls and send faxes.

Enabling Restriction of Your FAX

Follow this procedure to enable restriction of your FAX:

1Open the one-touch speed dial panel.

2Press Data Registration.

3Press Set.

4Use ∂ or ¨ to select SYSTEM SETTINGS.

5Press Set three times.

		Ex:
6	Use ∂ or ¨ to select ON.
7	Press Set twice.
		Ex:
8	Use the numeric buttons to enter a	Ex:
	four-digit password.

•This password prevents unauthorised access to the LOCK PHONE setting that enables or disables restriction of your FAX. If you do not want to enter a password, ignore this step.
