Connection Configurations

The MV 4440 can be attached either using the built-in hub feature or without using this feature. Various connection configurations are possible. Shown here are connections for four host adapters (or switches) to

FC Port 2 of each vPOD (Figure 4-8); connections from vPODs 1 and 3 to a two-port host adapter (Figure 4-9); and four vPODs of an MV 4440 daisy-chained (Figure 4-10).
