Using the base to record “ANS & REC” (called Recorded OGM):
1.Press 
under the word Menu on the screen to display the main menu list.
2.Press 
to scroll to TAM setup and then press 
under the word Select.
3.Press 
to choose Outgoing Msg and then press 
under the word Select.
4.Press 
to choose Record OGM and then press
under the word Select. Speak clearly into the microphone, which is located below the Redial button. The display will show “Recording”.
5.You can record your OGM after the tone. Recording will stop automatically after 1 minute. You can also confirm and end the recording by pressing 
under the word End. The new OGM will be played after the recording.
Sample ANS & REC message:
Hi, this is (use your name here), I can’t answer the phone right now so please leave your name, number and a brief message after the tone and I’ll get back to you. Thank you.
Using the Handset to record “Answer only”:
The default announcement is “Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment. Please call back later.” To change the message:
1.Press 
under the word TAM to display the TAM main menu list.
2.Press up 
or down 
to scroll to TAM Settings and then press 
under the word Select.
3.Press down 
to select Announce and then press 
under the word Select.
4.Press
under the word Select to select Answer Only.
5.Press down 
to select Record MESS and then press 
under the word Select.
6.Record your announcement after the tone. Recording will stop automatically after 1 minute or you can confirm and end the recording by pressing 
under the word Select. During the recording, the LCD will show “Recording…”
