Initial Configuration of the Switch

This chapter details the procedures used to initially configure the MSA Fabric Switch 6. Preliminary switch configuration includes entering the Ethernet and the SNMP settings.

Two configuration methods are available:

•Using the text-based user interface to configure the switch

•Using the Array Configuration Utility-XE (ACU-XE) to configure the switch
