LCD Display				Action
	TIME OUTS-MODE			Enter the number of full time outs on the number
	FULL	n		pad and press <ENTER>.
n = current setting
	TIME OUTS-TIME			Enter the amount of time for a full time out in
	FULL	mm:ss		minutes and seconds on the number pad and
				press <ENTER>.
mm:ss = current setting
				For example, 1:00.
	TIME OUTS-MODE			A warning horn can be configured to signal the end
	WARNING mm:ss			of a full/partial time out. While the time out clock is
				counting down, the horn will sound for one second
mm:ss = current setting
				when the warning time is reached. Enter a zero
				for the time to disable the warning horn.
				Enter the time in minutes and seconds on the
				number pad and press <ENTER>.
	TIME OUTS-MODE			Enter the number of partial time outs on the
	PARTIAL	n		number pad and press <ENTER>.
n = current setting
	TIME OUTS-TIME			Enter the amount of time for a partial time out in
	PARTIAL	mm:ss		minutes and seconds on the number pad and
				press <ENTER>.
mm:ss = current setting
				For example, 00:20
	TIME OUTS-MODE			Press <YES> to display the time out time on the
	SHOW ON MAIN?		n	LCD and the main clock digits of the scoreboard
				while the time out clock is active.
n = current setting
				Press <NO> to display the time out time on the
				LCD only.
