green,orsolidgreen).IftheRXLEDisoff,performthefollowingstepsuntilitison:
a. VerifythedeviceattheotherendofthesegmentisONandlinkedtothesegment.
b. Ifthereareseparatefiber‐opticconnectionsontheotherdevice,checkthe
crossoverofthecables.Swapthecableconnectionsifnecessary.
c. Checkthatthefiber‐opticconnectionmeetsthedBlossandcablespecifications
outlinedintheCablingGuideformultimodefiber‐opticcabling.Toobtainthis
document,referto“RelatedDocuments”onpagexvi.

fiber‐opticstrand.Inthiscase,ensurethatthetransmitfiber‐opticstrandisconnected
tothereceiveportandthereceivefiber‐opticstrandtothetransmitport.
