Rack Mounting

Theinstallationsitemustbewithinreachofthenetworkcablingandmeetthe

requirementslistedbelow:

• Appropriategroundedpowerreceptaclesmustbelocatedwithin7feetofthesite.

•Atemperatureofbetween5°C(41°F)and40°C(104°F)mustbemaintainedatthe

installationsitewithfluctuationsoflessthan10°C(18°F)perhour.

TheEnterasysMatrixNSA2G4072‐52canbemountedinastandard19‐inchrackwiththe

twoearsprovidedinthecarton.Theprocedureisasfollows:

1. WithfourofthesuppliedM4x6mmflatheadscrews,attachaneartothesideofthe

EnterasysMatrixNSA2G4072‐52asshowninFigure3‐1.Repeattheprocedurefor

theotherear.

clearance space of 5.1 cm (2.0 in.) at the left, right, and rear of the device.
