panelconnectors.Theseconnectionssupportcopperwireconnectionsthatcanoperateup

to1000 Mbps.ThedeviceattheotherendofthetwistedpairsegmentmustmeetIEEE

802.3‐2002networkrequirementsforthedevicestooperateatGigabitspeed.

Note: The fixed ports of each module support Category 5 UTP cabling with an impedance

between 85 and 111ohms for 100 and 1000 Mbps operation and can automatically sense

the port speed of the other device and adjusts its speed accordingly.
