Maintenance and Move or Transportation
When not in use, store the tray in the empty space of the maintenance area, on the left side of the printer.
Ink Cleaner (Option)
Use the ink cleaner when ink around the print head or the cleaning wiper has hardened and cannot be removed with a dry cleaning stick. You may face this situation if you do not follow the cleaning instructions described in this User’s Guide or if the printer remains unused for a long time without performing regular cleaning.
How to use
A Put on the plastic glove, and then pour about 10 ml of the ink cleaner into the plastic cup.
B Then, dampen the cleaning stick with the ink cleaner being careful not to let any of it drip from the cleaning stick.
C Clean the cleaning wiper or around the print head.

wWarning:
❏Use the ink cleaner only for cleaning the cleaning wiper and around the print head. Do not use the ink cleaner to clean the exterior parts; otherwise, it may damage them.
❏Please handle the ink cleaner with care to avoid having the ink cleaner come into contact with your skin, eyes, and clothing, also to avoid accidental ingestion. Be careful not to inhale the vapors.
Note:
Dispose of the used ink cleaner in the same way as the waste ink.
