D Carefully pull the expended cartridge straight out of the slot.
wWarning:
If ink gets on your hands, wash them thoroughly with soap and water. If ink gets into your eyes, flush them immediately with water.
E Make sure the replacement ink cartridge is the correct color. Shake an ink cartridge horizontally well (about 5 seconds) before installing it for best results. Then, remove it from the package.
F Hold the ink cartridge with the arrow mark facing up and pointing to the rear of the printer, and then insert it gently into the slot as far as it will go.
Make sure to match the ink cartridge color with the color label on the slot.
Note:
Be sure to install all eight ink cartridges. You cannot print if any of the ink cartridges is not installed.
G Close the ink compartment cover.
cCaution:
Do not touch the green chip on the side of the cartridge. Doing so may prevent normal operation and printing.
