Printable Area

Select Maximum to make your printout as large as possible on

the paper. Select Centered to position your printout at equal

distance from all ed ges.

Using the Layout menu (Windows 95 & NT 4.0 only)

The Layout menu provides you with three layout options for

Windows 95 and two for Windows NT 4.0. Proportional

Printing settings allow you to enlarge or reduce the size of an

image or document, the Print Layout setting (Windows 95

only) allows you to print one, two, or four pages on a sheet

of paper, and the WaterMark setting enables you to print a

predefined or user defined watermark on your printed

document.

Operation The Operate light is on but nothing prints. Nothing prints and the control panel lights are on or flashing. The printer sounds like it is printing, but nothing prints. The printer operation check prints well, but nothing prints from within an application program. 8-12 Page Color documents print out in black and white. Printing starts too high or too low on the page. 8-14 Print speed is not what you expect. Something on the page is wrong or missing.
