You see your printer in the Printer List.

5.Close the Printer Setup utility. Go to page 43 to update your printer firmware, if necessary.

Installing the Software for Windows

For Windows, you need to add the printer’s network port, then install the software. For instructions on adding the network port, see the Network Guide on the printer CD or on your computer.

Follow these steps to install the printer software.

1.Insert the printer software CD-ROM in your computer.

With Windows Vista, when you see the User Account Control screen, click Continue.

2.Read the software license agreement and click Agree.
