3 TurnMULTI-CONTROL to select the
function.
TurnMULTI-CONTROL clockwise to switch be-
tweenthe functions in the following order:
PLAYMODE (repeat play)RANDOM (ran-
domplay)SCAN (scan play)PAUSE
(pause)SEARCHMODE (search method)
TAGREAD (tag display)COMP/BMX
(compressionand BMX)
#Youcan also switch between the functions in
thereverse order by turning MULTI-CONTROL
counterclockwise.
#Toreturn to the playback display, press
BAND/ESC.
Note
Ifyou do not operate the function within about 30
seconds,the display is automatically returned to
theplayback display.
Repeating play
ForMP3/WMA/WAV playback, there are three
repeatplay ranges: Folder (folder repeat),
Track(one-track repeat) and Disc (repeat all
tracks).
1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
PLAYMODE.
Thefunction name tag PLAY MODE is high-
lighted.
2 PressMULTI-CONTROL to select the re-
peatrange.
PressMULTI-CONTROL repeatedly until the
desiredrepeat range appears in the display.
!FolderRepeat the current folder
!TrackRepeat just the current track
!DiscRepeat all tracks
Notes
!Ifyou select another folder during repeat play,
therepeat play range changes to Disc.
!Ifyou perform track search or fastforward/re-
verseduring Track, the repeat play range
changesto Folder.
!WhenFolder is selected, it is not possible to
playback a subfolder of that folder.
