
Play Mode
Play Mode is the default Mode active at
Turn the Data Wheel to select Presets in Play Mode. There are 3 banks of Presets, P (permanent), U (user) and S
P and U bank Presets both include everything in your "band" your amp and effects, drummer, guitarist, keyboardist, and bass guide track.
S bank includes the complete MIDI song structure (for up to 62 songs) and stores the songs in the order of performance. Press
Each S bank Preset displays song number and name on the top line. Next line shows current bass preset, which always starts as QA1 in the box below. The QA box shows three (quick access) bass presets. These QA presets are your personal favorites that you want to use with that particular song. You can play bass, select Presets and play the Drum loop or the Phrase Sampler in Play Mode. To modify components of a Preset (Amp Type, Effects, Bass Track, etc.) use the mode menus (see next page, Menu Navigation).
