Conseils quant à l’utilisation de la sonde thermique

La sonde thermique peut être utilisée avec les fonctions de cuisson automatiques. Si la viande atteint la température programmée avec l’heure d’arrêt, la sonde éteindra le four.

Étant donné que la température interne de la viande continuera à monter de 2 à 8 °C (5 à 15 °F) après l’avoir retirée du four, il faut donc en tenir compte dans les calculs. La recouvrir de papier d’alu et la laisser reposer entre 15 et 20 minutes.

Important !

Utiliser uniquement la sonde thermique livrée avec le four. On peut se procurer une sonde thermique chez un revendeur Fisher & Paykel ou la faire remplacer au titre de la garantie dans un centre de service autorisé Fisher & Paykel.

Tenir la sonde par la poignée lorsqu’on l’insère dans ou la retire des aliments et de la prise de la sonde thermique.

Ne pas oublier de retirer la sonde thermique du four avant de commencer un cycle d’autonettoyage.

Ne pas entreposer la sonde dans le four.

N’utiliser la sonde qu’avec des aliments entièrement décongelés.

Laver la sonde thermique dans une solution d’eau savonneuse. La sonde NE VA PAS au lave- vaisselle.
