Manual station search

S Press the [MENU] button to open the main menu.

S With the button [Y] or [B] select the <Setup> menu and press the button ["].

S Select <Tuner> with the button [Y] or [B] and press the button ["].

S Select the menu option <Manual Search> [Y] / [B] and press the button ["].

S Select <Programme> [Y] / [B].

Choose a programme number between 0 and 99 [A] / ["].

S Select <Type> [Y] / [B].

You can select between two possibilities: Channel and special channel [A] / ["].

S Select <Channel> [Y] / [B].

Enter a channel number [0...9] or [A] / ["].

S Select <Frequency> [Y] / [B] and press the button ["].

Enter the required five-digit frequency with the aid of the number buttons [0...9].

S <Name> see Changing the channel name.

S Select <TV standard> [Y] / [B]. Select a TV standard (sound) [A] / ["].

You can select between three possibilities per co- lour standard;

for colour standard PAL: B/G, D/K and I

for colour standard SECAM: B/G, D/K and L

S Select <Color standard> [Y] / [B].

Select a colour standard PAL or SECAM [A] / ["]. S <Decoder> see Setting the decoder.

Changing channel names

You can assign or amend a name consisting of up to eight characters to each stored TV channel.

S Select <Name> [Y] / [B] and press the button ["].

The first character position is selected.

S Select a character [Y] / [B].

S Select the next character position [A] / ["].

S Select a character again from [Y] / [B].

The name can have a max. length of 8 characters.
