use a photo memory card

to print camera-selected photos

1Insert the memory card into the appropriate slot on your HP PSC. If there are DPOF-tagged photos on the card, the Print DPOF Photos prompt appears on the color graphics display.

2Do one of the following:

Press 1 to print all DPOF-tagged photos on the memory card.

Press 2 to bypass DPOF printing.

view photos in a slide show

The Slide Show button on the front panel lets you view all the photos on a memory card as a slide show.

1Make sure that the memory card is inserted into the appropriate slot on your HP PSC.

The Photo button lights up.

2Press Slide Show to begin the slide show.

Tip: If you want to print the photo currently being viewed in a slide show, press Start Black or Start Color while it is being displayed.

3Press Cancel to end the slide show.

Do your slide shows lack excitement? If your computer is equipped with an internal or external CD writer, you can create multimedia presentations of your photo collections by using the Memories Disc feature available through the HP Director. Just start the HP Director and open the HP Photo & Imaging Gallery. Click the Make CD tab to begin creating a movie-like presentation of selected photos. You can add music, titles, and much more. On a Macintosh see the hp gallery section in the hp photo and imaging help book for information on the Memories Disc.

change the speed of the slide show

You can change the speed of the slide show by changing the interval between slides:

1Press Setup twice.

2Press 7, and then press 3.

This displays the Preferences Menu and then selects Prompt Delay Time.

3Choose from the following options by pressing the number next to the appropriate speed:

1. Normal (the default of 5 seconds)

2. Fast (3 seconds)

3. Slow (10 seconds)
