Technical Information

Minimum System Requirements

Your computer should meet or exceed these requirements:

■A CD-ROM drive to install the application software.

If your computer does not have a CD-ROM drive:

You can create an Install Assistant diskette on another computer with a CD-ROM. The Install Assistant program will provide you with an Install Recommendation for your system.

To copy the Install Assistant program to a diskette, insert “Software Disc 1” into the CD-ROM drive. From the main menu, click Before You Install, then click Make Diskette.

Insert the diskette you just made, into your computer’s floppy drive and run A:\ASSIST.

You can also order the Install Assistant diskette (part number C4380-

16000) by calling: (U.S.) 970-635-1500.

(Europe) Your country’s support number is listed in “Telephone” on page B-6.

If you know the configuration of devices attached to your IDE controllers and understand how to connect your drive you do not require an Install Assistant diskette in order to install the software.

■IBM or compatible computer with Pentium/75 Mhz processor or above

■Microsoft® Windows 95® or Windows NT® 4.0

NOTE: For Windows NT, Service Pack 3 is required.
