Routing Received Faxes

When PC faxing is enabled, you will be asked to specify whether to route incoming faxes to the HP OfficeJet printer or to your PC.

NTo PrinterIf` you select this option, incoming faxes are printed on the HP OfficeJet and immediately removed from the device's memory.

NTo PCIf` you select this option, incoming faxes are saved as

files on your PC, where you can view, print, delete, or save them to other files and then send them as faxes. To receive faxes on the PC, the PC must be turned on and the Windows program must be running.
