Displaying an Alias Profile
To display one or more alias proles in the AliasDB le, use the SHO W ALIAS command at the NETUtil prompt.
For the naming conventions and syntax to use to respond to the prompts, refer to \Adding an Alias Prole," abo ve.
To display one alias prole, en ter the alias name of the alias prole y ou want to display. To display all of the alias proles, en ter an asterisk for the alias name.

Checking the Services File on the Client
If you are using ARPA services, c heck for a user en try in the SERVICES.NET.SYS le on the client. This le is used by ARPA for dynamic port assignmen t. The le entry for the ALLBASE/NET service has the ocial service name D AServer, the port number is usually 987, and the protocol name tcp. The port n umber in this le must match the port number in the SERVICES.NET.SYS le on the serv er. The le should look like this:

If the last line abo ve is not there, update the SERVICES.NET.SYS le to include this line. You may need to create a services le. Refer to the sample le SERVSAMP.NET.SYS for the format.
