Starting the Netfinity Manager
installation program
For instructions on installing Client Services for Netfinity
Ma nager, se e the doc um entation liste d in “Get ting more
infor m at io n about Net finity Ma nager ” on pa ge 106.
To start the Netfinity Manager installation program on a sys-
tem that is running Windows NT 4.0:
1. Start the computer with your operating system.
2. Place t he
S erv erGuid e N et f in ity App lic ations CD into
the CD-ROM drive.
3. F ol low the instruct io ns for yo ur op erat in g sy s tem
below:
• OS/2 Warp Server
a. From a command prompt, type
x:
where
x is the CD-ROM drive letter, and then
press Enter.
b. Type
SCOS2
and th en pr es s Enter. The ServerGuide Net-
finity Applications windows opens.
c. Select IBM Netfinity Manager from the
Available Applications selection list.

d. Click Install Product to start the installation
process.

a. Click the Start bu tton.
b. Click Run... from the Start button menu.
c. Type
x:\SCW95
where
x is the drive letter of the CD-ROM
drive in the Com ma nd Lin e field and then
click OK. The ServerGuide Netfinity Applica-
tions windows opens.
d. Select IBM Netfinity Manager from the
Available Applications selection list.

e. Click Install Product to start the installation
