Bootp Server Configuration

This chapter describes how to use the Bootp server method to configure the Agilent 4986B Ethernet LanProbe so that it can communicate over the network. This chapter assumes that you have already installed LanProbe, but have not attached the power cord and Agilent Power Module (0950-2546). If you plan to use the local terminal method of configuration, skip this chapter and refer to Chapter 2 “Local Terminal Configuration”.
