z Attach stabilizer to the wrong side of the fabric.

 

Mark the centerlines for pattern placement on the

c Loosen the hoop tightening screw on the outer

them into the outer hoop. Make sure to keep the

b Tighten the hoop tightening screw slightly. Pull the

edge of the fabric to stretch it drum-tight.

Make sure the bottom of the inner hoop is level with

 

 

 

the outer hoop.
