Current Status

The current status of the printer is displayed at the top of all PageScope Web Connection windows. The icon displays the type of status being displayed.

Icon	Status	Description	Examples
	Ready	The printer is online	READY
		and either ready to	WARMING UP
		print or printing.	PRINTING
	Warning	The printer needs	PAPER EMPTY TRAY 1
		attention, but	TONER LOW C
		printing continues.
	Error	The printer needs	TONER EMPTY
		attention before	PAPER JAM TRAY2
		printing can resume.
	Caution	The printer needsat-	PAPERMISMATCH TRAY1
		tention, butprinting
		continues.
	Fatal	The printer must be	SERVICE CALL C002
		rebooted. If that	RAM ERROR
		doesn’t fix the error,
		service is required.
