CSelect the file you want to move or copy.

Note

❒If the file size is larger than the free space on the HDD, you cannot move or copy this file.

❒If a document is being stored during the move or copy operation and the HDD or CD-ROM runs out of space, the move or copy may not be success- ful.

DPress the [Stored Files In HDD] key.

EEnter the new file name using the letter keys.

❒If you do not wish to register a file name, go to step F.
