Basic Functions

ADo one of the following:

To have image density selected automatically

A Make sure that the [Auto Image Density] key is selected. If it is not selected press the [Auto Image Density] key.

❒If the [Auto Image Density] key is not selected, press the [Auto Image Densi- ty] key.

❒If you do not wish to set any other functions, press the {Start} key to start copying.

To select image density manually

APress the [Auto Image Density] key to deselect Auto Image Density.

BPress the [Lighter] or [Darker] key to adjust the image density.

Note

❒If you do not wish to set any other functions press the {Start}key to start copying.

To combine Auto and Manual Image Density

AMake sure that the Auto Image Density is selected.
