Printing, Faxing and E-Mailing OneTouch® DMS Reports

OneTouch® DMS helps you print all Reports for long-term record keeping. This includes the ability to print the Day View screen and the Health Checks Drill-Down screen.

You can also fax and e-mail Reports to other people with whom you want to share the data.

To print any Report:

You have several options for printing reports.

1.Print directly from a report

•Display the Report, click on the File Menu Bar Command, and then select Print Report from the drop-down menu, or

•Simply click on the Printer icon on the Tool Bar.

2.Print without viewing first

•From the Choose Your Report main screen, click on any number of the Select boxes that appear under the Report buttons.

•Click on the Print Selected Reports button to print the desired Reports.

The default setting for printing is color. To change this setting, deselect color print from the File, Print Options menu.

Printing Add-in Reports

Add-in reports can be printed directly from the report through the browser printing feature. Add-in reports cannot be printed without viewing first.
