When you see this:	You can do this:
Date and Time	Set the Date and Time for the new Medications Record.
	Both are required data entry fields. You may modify the
	Date in the field by entering the desired date. Or you can
	click on the down arrow. The pop-up calendar box will
	appear where you can change the day, month, and year.
	You may modify the Time in the field by entering the
	desired time, or by clicking on the hour or minute values
	that appear. Then click on the up/down arrows until you
	find the desired hour and minute.
Meal Slot	Tag the new Medications Record to a Meal Slot. Click on
	the down arrow where you can select any of the 7 pre-
	defined Meal Slots.
Type	Specify the type and amount (number of pills) of
	medication. Click on the down arrow in the Type field.
	A drop-down menu of Medication types will appear.
	Select the desired one. The Types of Medications are set
	in the Medications Tab of the Patient Setup screen.
	If you do not see the desired Medication Type, you may
	click on the Add Oral Meds link. This will take you to the
	Medications Tab of the Patient Setup screen where you
	may add a new Medication Type.
	Specify the Medication amount (number of pills) by
	entering a value in the Amount field.
Medications	You may create and assign a new text Comment to the
Comments	Medications Record in the Comments field.
