To fax any Report:

1.Display the Report in the Choose Your Report main screen

2.Click on the Telephone icon on the Tool Bar. A Fax cover sheet will appear.

3.Follow the information in the table below to identify which fields require entries and which are optional

If you see this:	The information is:	Comments:
Date	Required	Pre-filled
Time	Required	Pre-filled
Recipient's Name	Optional	---
Recipient's Phone Number	Optional	---
Receiving Fax Number	Required	The Program automatically stores
		up to five fax numbers. Select a
		number from the drop-down
		menu.
Sender's Name	Required	---
Sender's Telephone Number	Required	---
Notes	Optional	The sender can add a text message
		of up to 100 characters.
4. Click Send

Note: You can only fax from OneTouch® DMS if your PC has a connected fax modem.
