Appendix C: Troubleshooting

This appendix will help you solve some of the more common problems you may have when using OneTouch® DMS.

You may also refer to the README.txt file located in the OneTouch® DMS directory. Click on Start\Programs\OneTouch Software\Readme. The file contains last-minute information about OneTouch® DMS, as well as troubleshooting information for your PC and Windows® operating system.
