The Health Records Tab

The Manual Entry-B screen lets you add Health Records to the OneTouch® DMS database (see Figure 3.25).

You may add the following types of Health Records:

■HbA1c

■Dr. Visits

■Health Notes

■Ketones

■Microalbumin

■Cholesterol

■Blood Pressure (Systolic and Diastolic)

■Height and Weight

You must enter a Date, Time, and Result (value) for each Health Record that you add. Date and Time are specified in the same manner as with adding other data records.
