Configuring Sequence Time

Configuring Sequence Time

Sequence time refers to the time a channel remains on screen before changing to a different channel. For example, when sequence view is enabled, channel 1 displays on screen for several seconds, then channel 2 etc.

To configure the sequence time:

1Click the Output tab.

2Beside "SEQ Dwell time", enter the dwell time (the time the channel remains on-screen before changing to another channel).

3Click Apply to save your settings.

Changing the output resolution

To change the VGA output resolution:

1Click the drop-down menu beside "VGA Resolution". Select the desired output resolution.

NOTE: If you select a resolution that is greater than what your VGA monitor supports, you may have to reset your DVR’s resolution to factorydefaults.Todoso,simply press and hold the Stop button on the front panel of the system until the system restarts. Your system resolution will default to 1024 x 768.

2Click Apply to save your settings.

Adjusting Transparency

To adjust the interface transparency:

1Drag the Transparency slider to the desired settings.

2Click Apply to save your settings.

Adjusting the video margin

If you connect your DVR to a BNC monitor, you can adjust the video margins.

To adjust the video margin:

1Click the Margin button.

2Drag the sliders to the left or right to adjust the following: Left Margin, Top Margin, or Bottom Margin.

3Click Apply to save your settings.
