Lorex Player 11 allows you to view your downloaded video files from your DVR on your computer.

Minimum System Requirements

•Intel Pentium 4 or above

•Microsoft Windows XP/ Vista / 7

•256 MB Ram

•16 MB video memory

Prerequisites

• Back up video files from the DVR to your local hard drive.

To install Lorex Player 11:

1Insert the software CD that comes included with the system.

2Locate the Lorex Player 11 software. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Lorex Client 11.

Running Lorex Player 11:

1Double-click the Lorex Player 11 icon on the desktop.

2Click the + symbol.

3Click FILES to load an individual file. Click FOLDER to load a folder with backed up videos.

Click + to add a video file

4Use the playback controls near the bottom of the window to begin playback.

NOTE: The functionality is identical to the remote player. For details, see “Click Play to begin playback.” on page 66.
